GRACE CHANGES EVERYTHING

Sermon Title: Grace Empowers Faithful Witness
Scripture: (Titus 2:15)
Series Big Idea: Grace motivates godly living more than rules ever could
Sermon Big Idea: Grace compels urgent proclamation of Christ's transforming power
INTRODUCTION
Paul commands Titus with a final charge: speak these truths with authority and let no one despise you. In Crete, false teachers were gaining ground by offering stricter rules and special knowledge, making their false gospel sound authoritative through complexity and demand.
Speak With The Authority Grace Gives (v. 15a)
When you speak about something that has genuinely transformed you, people hear the difference, not louder volume, but authority rooted in lived reality. Titus's credibility came not from credentials, but from the transforming power of grace itself that he could testify to.
Live With The Integrity Grace Produces (v. 15b)
Crete had a reputation for dishonesty, so Titus's life had to visibly demonstrate what grace does; generosity, sexual restraint, diligence, humility. Grace-transformed living becomes the sermon his words alone cannot preach; when people see you living out the truths you proclaim, no false teacher can compete with that testimony.
CONCLUSION
Where are you tempted to stay silent about Jesus in a hostile culture? Grace compels you to speak with quiet conviction rooted in genuine transformation. Is your life backing up your witness. That's when grace becomes credible and people wonder what power could produce such a life.
