Who we are
Our church is made up of people from all different walks of life who have found HOPE in JESUS CHRIST. We love to say, "If you are looking for a place that is like no other place then this must be the place." Come and be our guest one time and we guarantee you will be hooked.
Where we come from
Main Street Baptist was started in 1993 by founding pastor Dr. Larry Beaver and a group of passionate families. Back then, this group imagined a church that was truly welcoming to everyone - where everyone was welcome regardless of personal history, family background, or ethnicity. Main Street hosted its first gathering on Easter Sunday 1993.
Where we're headed
We have a GOD SIZED VISION! We exist to help all people take the Next Step in their journey to KNOW, LOVE, SERVE, and SHARE the love of Jesus with the world. This means our focus as a church is to INVITE people into a relationship with Christ, CONNECT them to a small group of believers, TEACH them how to live and love like Jesus, and SEND them back out into the world on MISSION.
